The Historic Diamond Springs Hotel

We are open! Come see us soon!

We are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; and Sunday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The Diamond Springs Hotel has a rich history of fine service and fabulous food.

Moon and Amy Shim, owners of The Diamond Springs Hotel, and the historic Sportsman’s Hall in Pollock Pines, invite you and your family to dine at their wonderful restaurant in the very heart of the Gold Country.

The Diamond Springs Hotel, built in 1916 by Antone Meyer, is the lone survivor of many hotels and boarding houses that once populated Diamond Springs.

Today, the Diamond Springs Hotel is a restaurant, with graciously prepared and truly delicious country home cooking.

Service is attentive, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the plates generously full.

You just may find that one of the owners is checking on how you are doing. That kind of personal touch is what small towns around here are famous for.
